∠A - ∠B = 33

⇒∠A  = 33 + ∠B

∠B - ∠C =  18

⇒∠C = ∠B - 18

Again,

∠A+∠B+∠C = 180

⇒33 + ∠B + ∠B + ∠B - 18 = 180

⇒3 ∠B = 165

⇒∠B = 55

∠A  = 33 + ∠B = 33 + 55 = 88

∠C  = ∠B - 18 = 55 - 18 =37

Value of side 'a' can only be determined if one of the three side is known . Did you mean A or a?
