Answer:

50°

Explanation:

AB=AC=4cm

therefore, ABC is an isosceles triangle

So, Angel B = Angle C

Angle A + Angle B + Angle C = 180°

A + B + C = 180°

80° + B + B =180°

2B = 180-80

2B = 100

B = 100/2

B = 50°

Given:-

  • AB=4cm
  • AC=4cm
  • ∠A= 80°

To find:-

  • Measurement of angle B

Solution:-

In triangle ABC

AB= 4cm

and

AC= 4cm

So, AB=AC

So, Triangle ABC will be isosceles triangle

Where,

∠B = ∠C

In Triangle ABC

∠A + ∠B + ∠C = 180°

=>∠A + ∠B + ∠B = 180°

=>∠A + 2∠B = 180°

=>80° + 2∠B = 180°

=>2∠B = 100°

=>∠B = 50°

So, angle B is 50°
