In a triangle abc if angle a is equal to 50 degree and angle b is equal to 60 degree determine the shortest and longest side of the triangle

With Given information,

Apply angle sum property,

angle A +angle B +angle C = 180°

60° + 50° + angle C = 180°

110° + angle C = 180°

angle C = 180°- 110°

angle C = 70°

By applying this theorem :

Sides opposite to greater angle is longer.

so AB is longest side opp. to angle C 70°

and BC is smallest side opp. to angle A 50°
