In a triangle ABC, P and Q are points on sides AB and AC respectively such that PQ is parallel to BC. If AP=4 cm, PB= 6 cm and PQ = 3 cm, determine BC.

therefore, by mid point theoram. CB is doubled of PQ = 6 cm. (The line segment joining the mid-points of two sides of triangle is parallel to the third side and half of it)
