first of all we find area of triangle
given =hypotenuse =30cm
base=28cm
hieght=26cm
we know that area of triangle
 =1 \div 2 \times base \times hieght
we have base and height so put the given number in this formula.
1 \div 2 \times 26 \times 28 = 364
area of parallalelogram
 = base \times hieght
so put the given number in this formula
 = 28 \times hieght
area of parallelogram =area of triangle

28 \times hieght = 364 \\ hieght = 364 \div 28 \\ hieght = 13
