In a triangle DE is parallel BC.if AD=3 cm, DB=4 cm, AE=6cm,then the length of AC is

by thales theroem :-

AD/DB=AE/EC

3/4=6/X

X=2cm

then:- AC=AE+EC=6+2

AC=8cm
