It's given that,

4A = 3B = 12C

A = B = C

We know that,

Sum of all the angles of triangle = 180°

A + B + C = 180°

4∠A + 4∠A + 4∠A = 180°

12∠A = 180°

∠A = 180°/12

∠A = 15°

Now, finding the values of rest two angles,

4∠A = 3∠B

4 × 15° = 3∠B

60° = 3∠B

60°/3 =∠B

20° = ∠B

∠B = 20°

4∠A = 12∠C

4 × 15° = 12∠C

60° = 12∠C

60°/12 = ∠C

5° = ∠C

∠C = 5°

The value of ∠A, ∠B & ∠C is 15°, 20° & 5° respectively .
