let A, B and C is angles of triangle
a/c
A=1/2 (B+C)
2A=B+C-------(1)
B-C=40 ------(2)
and also now A+B+C=180-----(3)
now you solve it
(1) put to (3)
3/2 (B+C)=180
B+C=120-----(4)
now (2) and (4)
B=80
C=40
and A=1/2 (B+C)
=60
smallest angle is 40 degree
