Thanks for your question!!

=============================

Given,

Smallest angle = 40 °

Greatest angle = 20 ° + x

Let middle angle be x

=))Sum of all angles of a triangle is 180°

Now,

(20 + x) + x + 40° = 180°

=) 20° +2x + 40° = 180°

=) 60° + 2x = 180°

=) 2x = 180-60

=) 2x = 120

=) x = 60°

Hence,

Greatest angle =) 20 + 60 = 80°

Middle angle =) 60°

Smallest angle =) 40°

=================

Let verify the answer!

80° + 60 ° + 40 ° = 180°

180 ° = 180 °

LHS = RHS

hence, proved

let, the middle angle=x

greatest angle=20°+2x

smallest angle= 40°

sum of all angles of a triangle=180°

40°+20°+2x+x = 180°

60° + 3x = 180°

3x = 120°

x = 40°

largest angle=20°+2×40°

=20°+80°=100°

middle angle=40°

So, angles are 40°,40°,100°
