 Let \: base \:of \: a \: triangle (b) = x \:cm

 Height (h) = 2x \:cm

 Area \:of \:the \: triangle = 400 \:cm^{2}

 \implies \frac{1}{2} \times b \times h = 400

\implies \frac{1}{2} \times x \times 2x = 400

\implies x^{2} = 400

\implies x = \sqrt{400}

\implies x = \sqrt{20^{2}}

\implies x = 20 \:cm

 base \:of \: a \: triangle (b) = x = 20 \:cm

 Height (h) = 2x \:cm= 2 \times 20 \\= 40 \:cm

The Base of the Triangle = b

The Height of the triangle, h = 2b

The Area of the triangle, A = 400 cm^2

We know that ,

area \: of \: triangle \:  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times b \times h

From this ,,,

Area , A = 1/2 × b × 2b

400 = b^2

b = ( 400)^1/2

b = 20cm

The height of the triangle, h = 2b

h = 2 × 20

h = 40 cm
