Answer:

The Tug of War exercise enables students to:

Comprehend the intricate factors that "tug" at opposing sides of a fairness quandary. Consider the 'pull' of various elements carefully. Appreciate the deeper complexity of fairness problems, which can initially seem to be black and white.

Explanation:

The Rope :

The only piece of equipment needed for the game is a rope. The rope has a red mark in the center of it. Before the game starts, this red mark on the rope needs to be perpendicular to the precise center position on the ground. There is a white mark.

On either side of the rope, precisely 13 feet from the red point. When either side with this white mark crosses the center point, the game is over.

Teams :

Each side can have a maximum of 8 players in accordance with the tug of war rules.

The cumulative weight of these individuals should not, however, be greater than the weight set for the specific category.

Labeling and Field :

The game must be played on a grassy, level surface. The playing zone is defined with a line known as a center line, and the rope is positioned so that its center mark should match up with the center mark on the ground. Two further marks must be made, one on each side of the rope, 4 meters from the middle line. The first person from each squad will stand at this point.

How to play ?

The center of the rope should match the center  marked on the ground, as was previously stated. Each team may begin dragging the rope into their respective region as soon as the referee blows the whistle. Each team's goal in the game is to drag the rope and the opponents' players over to their side. The team that pulls the rope to their area wins the game when the second mark on the rope from the center red mark crosses over to the center  line.

Competition :

There must be a judge for the tug of war competition. The judge issues the players three different commands. The judge first orders, "Pick up the rope," and then, "Take the rope."

He then instructs the participants to "Pull the string." The teams begin pulling the rope as soon as the pull command is spoken out loud. A caution is issued to a team member who tumbles to the ground. Each team is given two warnings before being eliminated.

Fouls :

This game requires a specific method to be used; failure to do so will result in a foul, which may result in disqualifications. For instance, lowering your elbow below the level of your knee while tugging the rope is seen as a foul and is known as "locking." Longer-lasting contact with the ground is also regarded as a foul.
