exert forces by team A= 65N+23N+85N=173N

exert forces by team B=45N+16N+78N=139N

NET FORCE =173-139=34N

rope move will move towards team A,because it exerted greater force.

yes it is a condition and i.e. when both the team will exert same force and the nat force is 0.
