In a tug of war ,when two teams are pulling the Rope stage comes when the Rope does not move to either Side at all What can you say about the magnitude and direction of the force being applied to the Rope by the two teams at this stage​

the magnitude of both teams will be equal of because the rope is not moving and the net force acting on it is zero. The rope will not move to either of the two directions at the stage because the rope is being pulled by the same force from both the directions.
