Let the digit at one's place be x

Then the digit at ten's place will be 2x

According to the question,

(10*2x)+x + (10*x)+2x= 66

21x+12x= 66

33x=66

x=2

Therefore the number is (2*2)*10 + (2)*1

= 40+2

=42
