Let one digit be x and the other be y

Therefore the number is 10x+y

Also y=2x....... (i)

And 10x+y+27=10y+x..... (ii)

Putting (i) on (ii)

10x+2x+27=10(2x)+x

12x+27=21x

27=9x

x=3

Therfore the number is 10(3)+2(3)=36
