Let the digit at unit's place be x

now,

If we go according to the question, then the digit at tens place is 7.

So, the required number will be = 7*10+x = 70+x ---(1)

and, it is given in the question that the sum of the digit is 8 times the digit at the unit's place

therefore,

7+x=8x

7x=7

x=1

So, the required number is;

70+1 =71
