\huge\bf{Solution:-}

As it is two digit number and x is the digit at the unit's place and y is the digit at the tens place .

Let us take an example suppose number is 23

so here 3 is the digit at the unit place and 2 is the digit at the tens place

We can write it as 23=20+3=2(10)+3

Hence similarly we can write that number as

10y + x
