Answer:

36

Step-by-step explanation:

let the number be xy.

y = 2x (units place is twice the digit in tens place) --------> 1

10x + y + 27 = 10y + x ( 27 is added to it digits are reversed)

10x + y + 27 -10y - x = 0

10x + y  -10y - x =  -27

9x - 9y = -27

9x - 9 * 2x = -27  (from statemnet 1)

9x - 18x = -27

-9x = -27

 x = -27/-9  = 3

 y = 2x = 2 * 3 = 6

the required number is 36

Answer:

36

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the digit in tens place of the number be x.

Then, the digit at units place of the number = 2x.

Thus, the number = 10(x) + 2x = 12x

Number formed by Interchanging = 21x.

Given that If 27 is added to its digits are reversed.

⇒ 12x + 27 = 21x

⇒ 27 = 9x

⇒ x = 3

Thus, Required number = 12(3) = 36.

Hope it helps!
