hey!

let the number be 10x+y

units digit = y
ten's digit = x

According to question -
x + y = 6 ------ > 1 equation
(10 x + y )- 18 = 10 y + x
9x - 9y = 18 ( dividing by 9 )
x - y = 2 ----> 2 equation

solving 1 and 2 equations we get,
x = 4
y = 2

so the required number = 10 * 4 + 2
= 42

hope this helps you

Hey!!!....Here is ur answer

let first digit is x and second is y

then the number is 10x+y

According to question...

x+y=6 -----eq 1

10x+y-18=10y+x

9x-9y=18

x-y=2 ---- eq2

solving eq 1 ans eq 2

x=4 and y=2

Then the number is 10x+y=10Ă—4+2=42

So the number is 42

Hope it will help you
