the sum of digit is 13.

x+y=13         ----(1)

the number is y in unit digit

                     10x in tens place

then 10x+y is number

interchanging number  10y+x

if the number is subtracted from the one obtained by interchanging the digits the result is 45

10y+x-10x-y=45

9y-9x=45

y-x=5         ---(2)

by solving (1) and (2) equations we get

x=4 y=9

xy=49
