Than we can write 10X+Y.
X+Y-5 = Y
So X=5
Now applying the given conditions
X Y -(X+Y) +10=Y X
or, 10X+Y-X-Y+10=10Y+X
or,8X+10=10Y
Putting X=5 we get Y=(40+10)/10=5
So the number is 55.
Difference between digit is 0.
