Answer:
let the tens digit is x
then unit's digit is x+2
the number is 10x+x+2=11x+2
again sum of the digits is equal to 1/4 of the whole number
so,
x+x+2=1/4(11x+2)
=> 2x+2=1/4(11x+2)
=> 8x+8=11x+2
=> 8x-11x=2-8
=> -3x= -6
=> x= -6/-3
=> x=2
so tens digit is 2 and unit digit is 2+2=4
the number is 24
