Let the ten's digit be x

One's digit be 10-x

Orignal number=10(x)+10-x

=9x+10

According to question:-

10-x=4x

4x+x=10

5x=10

x =  \frac{10}{5}

x=2

Ten's digit=2

One's digit=10-x

=10-2

=8

Orignal number=9(2)+10

=18+10

=28
