let the number on unit place be 'x' and the number on tenth place be 'y'.

As per the first given condition,

x= 2y + 3 …………………(1)

As per second given condition

2 (10y + x) + 15 = 10x + y

20y + 2x +15 = 10x + y

8x - 19y = 15 ………………………(2)

Now,

putting (2) in (1), we get

16y + 24 - 19y = 15

-3y = -9

y=3. _______________(3)

putting (3) in (1), we get

x = 6+3

x=9

hence the number is 39...
