Torsional Moment
This is a special case under bending moment. IT is actually a corner reinforcement. This is done to lift the corners to prevent the cracks. The slabs are made to slightly meet at the end of each corner. The moment is actually 1/2 (50%) of the 3/4th of the area used for slab mid-span moment. Slab works often use this.
