In a vaccum, if a bell is ringing will you hear the sound, what is your opinion?​

Sound is a mechanical wave, that means it required a medium to propagate. In vacuum, as there is no particle, the sound energy can not propagate through it. That why, if a bell rings in vacuum, we will not be able to hear the sound.
