The mass of the substance is  57.63 g and the Vapour density is 28.81 g/m^3.

Explanation:

Volume occupies by solute at NTP  = Volume of air displaced at NTP = 140 ml

Since for volatile solute we have

PV = ω / m RT

We know that

P = 1 atm , T = 273 k at NTP.

Now

140 / 1000 =  0.36 / m x 0.0821 x 273

14 m / 100 = 8.069

14 m = 806.9

m = 806.9 / 14 = 57.63 g

Vapour density = mass / volume

Vapour density =  57.63 / 2 = 28.81 g / m^3

Hence the mass of the substance is  57.63 g and the Vapour density is 28.81 g/m^3
