ΔADB = 19.5 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

In ΔABC,

<ABC = 90 and <B = 90

= AD = BC

= AB = 12cm

= BC = 6.5cm

To Find: Area of ΔADB

= AD = CD => D is the mid point of AC

= BD will divide the ΔABC to two equal parts

= Area of ΔBCD = 1/2 x Area ΔABC

= [1/2]^2 x BC x AB

= 1/2 x 1/2 x 6.5 x 12

=> Area of ΔADB = 19.5cm
