difference between the area of  ∆PEC and ∆APE is 35 cm^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of triangle APF/area of triangle BPF = Area of triangle ACF/area of triangle BCF

84/56 = area of triangle ACF/126

Area of triangle ACF = 189

Area of triangle AEP= x

Area of triangle PEC = y

x+y = 189-84=105

x/y = (x+140)/(y+70)

Xy +70x = Xy + 140y

X = 2y

X+ y = 105

X = 70

Y = 35

X-y = 35
