In △ABC, AD is the bisector of ∠A, If AB = 6.4cm , AC = 8cm and

BD = 5.6cm. Find DC = ?​

Answer:

in triangle abc AD is the bisector of angle A

so,by angle bisector theorem,we get

BD/DC=AB/AC

5.6/DC=6.4/8

6.4DC =44.8

DC=44.8/6.4

DC=448/640

DC=7
