a=b+7 so b=a-7
c=a+10

and a+b+c=180 from the fact that the sum of internal angles of triangle is 180°

so substituting

a+(a- 7) +(a+10)=180
3a+3=180
3a=177
a=177/3

a=59
so
b=59-7=52
c=59+10=69
