In ∆ABC, points P and Q are midpoints of side AC and BC respectively. If PQ=5 then find the value of AB​

In ∆ ABC, PQ || BC. (see in attachment)

So, by proportionally theorem

 \frac{ap}{pb}  =  \frac{aq}{qc} =  \frac{pq}{bc}

 \frac{4}{6}  =  \frac{aq}{qc =  \frac{3}{bc} }

 =  >  \frac{4}{6}  =  \frac{3}{bc}

.•.BC= 4.5 cm
