Length QR is 7.7cm.

Given:

Δ ABC = 81 cm²

Δ PQR = 121 cm²

BC = 6.3 cm

To Find:

Length of QR

Explanation:

Δ ABC ≈ Δ PQR

If two Δ are similar ratio of area of two Δ is equal to ratio of squares of corresponding sides.

ar\frac{ABC}{PQR} =\frac{81}{121}

\frac{81}{121} = \frac{BC^{2} }{QR^{2} }

\frac{9}{11} = \frac{6.3}{QR}

QR = \frac{6.3 * 11}{9}

QR = 7.7 cm.
