given- PX=PY , QX=YR.

to prove- ∆PQX is congruent to ∆PRY.

Proof- in ∆PQX and ∆PRY

PX=PY....(given)

QX=YR.....(given)

angle QPX= angle RPY

therefore ∆PQX is congruent to ∆ PRY...(by SAS congruence rule)
