Though the name may vary from one organisation to another, the responsibility of tracking a task lies with the Scrum Master who is also sometimes called a Team Lead.

Apart from tracking the task, a Scrum Master is also responsible for the management of the project such as finding the requirements and ensuring that the team has everything available, ensuring the project runs smoothly without any issues, etc.
