In an accelerating aircraft on its horizontal flight, an air hostess walking from rear end to front side of the aircraft finds it difficult to walk and at the same time similar hostess walk with less effort in opposite direction? Why is it so?

It is because the feet of the air hostess are already in state of motion with the plane so when she walks in the direction of the plane she is trying to move faster than the plane itself which is difficult. When she is walking in opposite direction this is not the case now she can easily walk back
