Since ABCD is a rectangle AB = CD and AD = BC also it is a property of rectangle that the diagonals bisect each other at 90 degree
Therefore BM = DN (they both coincide)
Proof :In triangle BMC and DNA
          BC = AD
          CM = AN(diagonals bisect each other at 90 deg)

Therefore triangle BMC is congruent triangle DNA
