given a¹² = 37
d= 3
so n = 12

now
a¹³ = a + (12-1)(3)
a¹³ = a + 33
37 = a + 33
so a = 4

now sⁿ = n/2(a+aⁿ)
s¹² = 6(41)
=> 246.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

We know that a^12= 37

so, n= 12 and an=37

Using formula of an .

an = a+(n-1)d

--> 37=a+(12-1)3

-->37=a+(11*3)

-->37=a+33

--> a = 37-33

--> a= 4

Using formula of Sn = n/2(a+l)

Sn = 12/2 (4+37)

Sn = 6*41

Sn = 246
