T7=4
let a be the first term.
therefore, a + 6d = 4
a + 6×(-4) =4
a=4 +24
a=28 Ans.

a7=a+6d=4 ----->eq 2
put d in eq 2....we get...
a+6(-4)=4
a-24=4
a=28...
