Answer:

n=6,d=10

Step-by-step explanation:

a=-5

l=45

S=120=

 \frac{n}{2} (2a + (n - 1)d) =  \frac{n}{2} (a + l)

240=n(-5+45)

n=240/40

n=6

45=-5+5d

d-1=9

d=10
