In an aqueous solution of sugar, solution =sugar and solvent=water, right?. So if i take sugar and water in equal quantities initially the solution will be in liquid state, so here also solute and solvent are sugar and water respectively. But if i boil it and cool it down , it will turn into solid state (candy). So then can i consider the solute as water and solvent as sugar.
