if the difference between voters and non voters are 20%(60-40) then that 4800 are 20% of the total people
total population ×20%=4800
total population=4800÷20%=24000
so the 40% who voted are
total population ×40%= 24000×40%=9600

KrishX: no wrong answer
mayur451998: how
mayur451998: can you rectify me?
