Hey there! ☺☻☺

Given,
Total votes = 600000
Votes declared valid = 100 - 8% of 600000
                                    = 92/100 * 600000
                                    = 552000
Now,Candidate got = 65% of valid  votes
                               = 65/100 * 552000
                               = 358800

Hope It Helps You! ☺☻☺

********

Votes that decleared valid
=>

92 / 100 × 600000

=> 65 %

=>

65 / 100 * 552000
