Total number of voters enrolled is 80%
Out of this 80%, 5% votes were invalid.

Number of votes invalid=80/100 * 5
=4
80-4=76%
Out of this 76% the winning candidate won 60% of the total votes.(32490)
=76/100 * 60
=45.6

Now this 45.6% is equal to 32490
Then 100% is equal to ????
We cross multiply - 32490*100/45.6
Which gives 71250

Ans=d)71250
