Im not sure but what i think is that the equation will be
x=30/100*x+15000
Let x be the total number of votes
x=30/100*x+15000
Let x be the total number of votes

Toatal vote = 100%
Looser vote % = 30 %
Winer vote % = 70 %
Difference = (70-30)%
= 40 %
According to question
40% =15000
1% = 350
70% = 70 ×350 = 24500
Winner vote polled = 24500
Total vote polled = 100% = 35000
