In an election, only two candidates Ram and
Shyam contested, Ram got 75% of the total valid
votes. 6% of the polled votes were declared invalid.
IF 64,200 votes were polled, then find the number
of valid votes polled in favour of Shyam

total \: votes \: were \: polled = 64200 \\ but \: 6\% \: votes \: were \: invalid \\ so. \\ total \: number \: of \: valid \: votes \\ = \frac{94}{100 } \times 64200 \\ = 94 \times 642 \\ = 60348 \\ if \: ram \: got \: 75\% \: of \: total \: valid \: votes \\ so \: number \: of \: valid \: votes \: got \: by \: ram \\ = \frac{75}{100} \times 60348 \\ = 15087 \times 3 \\ = 45261 \\ now \\ number \: of \: valid \: votes \: \\ polled \: in \: favour \: of \: shayam \\ total \: valid \: votes - rams \: valid \: votes \\ = 60348 - 45261 \\ = 15087 \\ \\ \\ i \: hope \: it \: will \: be \: helpful \: to \: you \: so \: please \\ mark \: me \: as \: brainlist
