Let first candidate be A and other candidate be B Given, A received 60% of votesih is 48000 votes Let x be the total number of electorate then 60% of x =48000 x = (48000*100)/60 x=80000 second candidate got 25% of votes , then, People who didn't vote = 100%-60%-25% = 15% So, Number of people who didnt vote = 15% of 80000 =12000
