Total no of votes given=86% of 5000=4300.              Suppose the loser candiate get X votes,       then winner candidate get    X +X*15/100(i.e, 15%).              Now according to question,    { X+ X*(15/100)}=4300.           So,          loser candidate get 2000 votes nd winner one get 2300 votes….
