Total no of votes given=86% of 5000=4300.Suppose the loser candiate get X votes,then winner candidate get X +X*15/100(i.e, 15%).Now according to question,{ X+ X*(15/100)}=4300.So, loser candidate get 2000 votes nd winner one get 2300 votes….
