In an election, there were only candidates. The total number of voters in this constituency were 50000 and 70% of the total voters were polled . If the winning candidate got 62 % of the voters polled , then how many voters were in favour of the other candidate?

21700
(50000 - ((70 \div 100) \times 50000) = 35000 \\ (35000 - ((62 \div 100) \times 35000) = 21700
